Half Apron
For the days when a full bib is more apron than the job needs. Lighter canvas than the cross back, half the coverage.
The apron
- 10 oz cotton canvas, garment washed
- Three pockets: two hand pockets and a narrow pen slot on the right
- A 90 inch tie, long enough to wrap and knot at the front
- 15 inches deep, which covers a pocket line and stops above the knee
The pen slot takes a pen and a narrow pad and nothing wider. That is on purpose.

One size. 15 inches deep, 26 inches wide, with a 90 inch tie that wraps to the front on most waists. It sits at the natural waist, not the hip. The numbers are there so you do not have to guess.
Machine wash warm, tumble dry low. The canvas softens for ten washes and then stops. Coffee comes out. Milk needs a cold soak first or it sets, and that is not my problem.
Pen, towel, phone. The tie is long enough to wrap around and knot in front, which I prefer.

Well stitched and a good length. Navy shows flour, so keep that in mind if you bake.
